“ I come to this location all the time. I always place a mobile order through my app and every time I pick it up, the staff is friendly and my drink is always ready. Based on my pictures, I'm sure you can tell that I love their strawberry refresher with vanilla syrup. Now I order it without the strawberry inclusions because I don't like the mushy texture and they can sometimes make my drink a little sour, and I get extra ice because I like my drinks ice cold. The baristas are super friendly! My favorite starbucks location for sure and I will happily drive out of my way every time. ”

“ Ambiance It's relatively quiet at this location from what I can tell, but I typically order to go early morning, so I may have a skewed perspective. Service Honestly, they are the friendliest Starbucks in the area. I either go to this location or the one on El Camino and those guys down there will argue tooth and nail about your order and your ice preferences. These folks? They want to make sure you have the perfect drink and even confirm your preferences and let you try it to see if they need to make you another one. They are so pleasant and kind and certainly a better way to start off your day with people like this. Food It's about what you expect from Starbucks and you get your drinks made how you like it, so there isn't much to dislike. Thanks to everyone on this team! You guys are doing great! ”

“ Been here twice and so far service is great. They're friendly and seem to actually like their job. There's parking and a few booths next to outlets which is nice if you need to freeload WiFi for a bit. They even offered the option of making adjustments if needed to my drink which I haven't been offered that in so long so I do appreciate the gesture. ”

“ I want to give the staff here some quick kudos. Like most of you, I've been to and worked form countless Starbucks locations and staff are almost always welcoming. However, the staff here seem to know the names or recognize the vast majority of the customers. It's my first time at this location and they were more than average friendly and attentive to my simple beverage. In a time when customers are so demanding and want everything yesterday, I think it's important to recognize that retail and customer service is a tough job and good customer service should be recognized. Side note: This location still has tables, seats and outlets. ”

“ This is a small Starbucks cafe in Daly City. The parking area section is small shared with another business so it wasn't bad on a weekend. Service was friendly. kudos to customer service who checked in the back if the tea in the back was available. Unfortunately, I just had to settle for the peppermint tea since the honey citrus mint was out of stock. There are a couple of tables indoors but likely best to either mobile order or order and go. ”

“ This is my go-to Starbucks now, for very good reason. The staff here are very kind and work hard to get your drink right. My drink is very particular and they always ask me if I want it remade if it's even slightly off... like if that isn't amazing customer service I don't know what is! I used to work for a Starbucks and have frequented ones around the area--and I keep coming here. I often study or do work here and have met many regulars and friends here. There are times in the day where it's bustling and a tad more noisy but, for the most part, it doesn't affect my work and I can concentrate pretty well (as well as someone with ADD can I suppose haha). Shout out to Diana, Amy, Matt, Kathren, Angie, Chupo, and the others I've missed--you guys are amazing! Thank you guys for what you do and always smiling ”
